First of all, I have nothing against Uruguay or its team. I think it's great that his performance has improved and it's being one of the great surprises of the tournament.
Secondly, any complaint must be dealt with. And that's what I did.
Thirdly, what had happened with the league and the draw of the teams was clear, so there would be no reason for such pressure for penalty!
The only thing that has bothered me a lot is the way I am approached by some of you. I treat everyone with respect. There were 24 teams with 5 managers who are often different each time round, not to mention those in charge of the nations and with none of them I had any problems.
I'm not accusing you of anything. I just raised the idea that it seems to be this from the pressure they make.
All rules are being fulfilled in full and will continue to be.
I hope we put an end to it all and can continue without any further problems. For my part, I have no impediment and if something did not please you, I apologize!

I understand very well the problem arisen by the update of the league, and although I agree with the final decision not to sanction those who made mistakes of equipment when not knowing of the new draw, I think that a organizer of a competition can not post in his "official resolution" some things like the one that has you put. Cito:"In all of them, we did not have any problem, since everyone knew how to play with Fair Play.
It is clear that what happened at any moment is considered to be fault by the teams. So, Uruguay is looking to win off the field! "Although the first sentence is an "indirect" way of accusing Uruguay of not using the Fair Play, which is also not very correct, the last sentence is something that an organizer should never write, because should maintain calm and neutrality at all times.
Uruguay claimed a sanction, which exists according to the regulation published by organization. The decision not to apply it exceptionally, due to the updating, seems correct to me too, but whenever it is explained as such, and not showing like if Uruguay claimed something non-existent, which is not true.
Finally, only to add that the captains of Uruguay and Belgium had already spoken to each other and they saw it both logical not to apply the penalty due to the circumstances, so all those accusations about Fair Play of Uruguay by the Organization are quite offensive.
I hope this is understood as a clarification and a request for greater care in the organization's communications.

On 03/01 after noon - Uruguay_2012 came to ask me if there would be a penalty for Belgium for delay in posting the alignment; I said we would give more time, since some were having difficulty posting their alignments.
On 04/01, shortly after the league's creation - Uruguay_2012 came telling me that Belgium committed a penalty when catching the wrong team. At the same time, I explained that there would be no penalty, since the exchange information of the lottery was made very early on.
He kept insisting that it was a penalty! I again said that the league had been updated all of a sudden!
On the same day 04/01, soon after the message of Uruguay_2012 - Nicolás31 came by PM telling me that Belgium committed a penalty and that we did not start again !!! I replied to him that there was no penalty and period.
It was the third time they had spoken of a penalty, and I had already explained to Uruguay_2012.
Nicolás31 then continued saying that then he could do anything that there would be no penalty. I then asked him to stop the confusion because there would be no penalty due to the exchange of teams.
Not satisfied, Uruguay_2012 came to this topic and published that here we do not respect the rules, again demanding compliance!
This time, the person in charge of Belgium again explained everything!
Again Uruguay_2012 comes to say that the rules are not respected !!!

And keep saying that I should do things in advance !!!

Then another (Hugo Marcel Carrasco) appears to again say that he lacked respect and that the tournament is not serious !!!
