Winning the Winners Cup and its rewards

Hiya all,
I just won the Winners Cup for the first time!
Not gonna lie, it costs blood and tears haha. However, I am quite baffled about the rewards. I got just 34 coins for it? I am not saying more coins are necessary, but shouldn't there be something else at least? Maybe the option to pick any club in any competition for 1 time? Or anything else that would make it feel worth to try to win the Winners Cup. Currently I am not really motivated anymore to advance to this tournament, after a competition.
Let me hear your thoughts.

Nothing in this game works in a system of merit, everything only about boss coins that you need to buy. End of season rewards are a joke. Specially medals when you take team like Luton and win Premier League - you dont get nothing more than if you take City and win it.
Also, ranking system with medals is just another proof that they do not care about individual players milestones or merit. They only care about how much BC's you invest.

Yup, kinda crazy. Guess I'll just keep on grinding for the #1 spot every competition, except for the winners cup of course lol.
