It would be nice to have a "Top Rated" manager based on his strategy after his game and the result. So you get a 451 passing and win against a better team you get an 8 for example. Also offside strategy, man to man y\n should count overall grade. You get a grade every game and you can check overlall grades. You may invest most money but may not be the best coach.
