Ridiculous medal system

I am playing in OSM already 19 years. Until medal system was implemented I understand how does it work and how to reach top in ranking. But with present system I am getting lost...
For win with stronger team I get 50-60 medals. For win with Compute 0 or 1 medal. For losing with any oponnent I losing 800 medals. Usually middle of season league is half empty so I play 4-5 days to get 800 medals than I lost once (it happen) so all what I earn I lost and need to start from begging. For winning of cup or league I have received -200 medals... how it is possible and how to reach top of ranking? It is simple impossible due to 1 or 2 lost games and I lost 1700 medals... this system is giving advange to cheatrs who have multi account and play in close league with own multi accounts... because to play fair it is impossible to get top of ranking. This system is no giving motivation to play with best managers because if you cannot win all games you will get negative medals. -
How does it possible... I play whole league... 38 games + several in cup. I won whole league with almost full league (managers with 9-10 medal ranking) with 35 wins, 2 draw and 1 lose (in last game). Becuase of that 1 lose I get -910 medals when whole league wim with win in cup i get +904 medals... so after 1,5 month of league I am -6 medals... what is point? This is fair? I check randomly couple players in top medals and clearly they are cheating and play with multi account... how does long it will be? Do something because it is ridicules...

In my country, there is a saying "interest leads the way", so here they are only interested in bringing in new money and that's it, we complain in vain, I think that no moderator even reads the messages, and if they did, maybe they would something for those who play. I was also level 9 and since with this medal system I dropped to level 8.

Im saying these things since the introduction of medals system, specially about cheaters... but sadly nothing is changing, nobody cares. They are just trying to invent new ways to grab coins from us.

This medal system makes absolutely no sense. When you start a competition with a low seed team, you probably end up losing 2 or 3 matches against better teams in the first 8-10 games (which makes sense, cause they started with a much better team). then you'll lose a massive load of medals and you're unable to regain these medals, since winning gives you way less medals.
. I agree there, with a lot of things. But if a manager is inactive for 3 days, u gaet less medals
