    Hello,

    I have a suggestion refering to League Team of the Week. It seems quite boring and doesnt add much,
    also other than players from your team being shown there, there is no reward for managers, because their player was in there.
    As a player, i have a suggestion to change it, so it would reward managers more, also i thought about managers of lower tier teams, so they have equal chances of winning in the end as the better teams.
    Here is how it would look like:
    Every player rated 90+ gets rewarded + 25% training efficiency for the round
    80-90 - 50%
    70-80 - 75%
    0-70 - 100%

    As better players have higher chance of getting in there, the reward should be lower for them, also it would boost progresion for lower tier teams, and help young talents develop even faster.
    If yall got any more ideas what should or should not be changed in this idea feel free to say.
