Suggestion league without buying/selling
-
The buying and selling aspect of the league tires me out and makes the objectives of each team less realistic. Therefore, I propose... Wouldn't it be good to have a mode where the league can be played without a transfer list, allowing only transfers between teams within the same league? This way, no one would benefit from the CPU when buying or selling players, and it would depend solely on the decisions of a manager from your own league.
Thus ensuring that money remains limited and regains value, just like the objectives of each team. -
You have that option when opening/creating the league. You can turn off transfers there in the advanced settings of the league.
Also, you have different Nostalgia and custom leagues where you can play transfers.

@Matija-MD-Dujan Yes, but you haven't understood me... I know there's an option to remove transfers, but removing absolutely all of them does make the game a bit more boring... I'm talking about simply removing the transfer list, so you can't benefit from the CPU when buying and selling players. Basically, all transfers should be between managers in the same league, so the decision to buy or sell players is always made by a human.

@drdieguete It wouldn't work. The top teams in the league are not going to sell any of their players, because they won't be able to replace them with better players and they won't have any interest in buying low rated players, so this means lower down teams have no chance of selling crap players or buying good players. Which would mean there's no point even having transfers in that league.

It could be... I see it differently. Big teams would invest large sums of money in young talents from teams with lower goals, while those with lower goals would opt for more experienced, older, and higher-quality players... Just like in real life, without going any further.
It goes without saying that teams with lower goals would benefit from the releases of those with slightly higher goals... and so on with all the teams, until a big, wealthy club comes along and makes an irresistible offer for your young star.
