Teamgoal 16 + Full competition with managers who all have 50+experience + winning almost every match and especially the ones against the higher teamgoals.
Obviously ending first place to gain the champion bonus.

The achievement was less hard before the update to 3.0 since friendly matches were rewarded with some pts back in those days.
