    -I suspect someone is cheating, how can I be sure?

    We often get questions about what's considered cheating and what's not. Managers reporting users just because they managed to build a really good squad, because they beat them while their squad is better or even report managers because they don't lose a match.

    As you can imagine this creates an huge delay and unnecessary workload having to check all those ticket/reports.

    Let's try to reduce this, by explaining when managers are breaking OSM Terms and when they should be reported.

    There are mainly 3 situations where it's easy for users to spot when a manager is breaking OSM Terms:

    Illegal transfers To be reported under Illegal Transfers

    Doing transfers between 2 or more teams (managed by humans) where one of them is clearly the benefited with those transfers Buying weak players that don't improve your squad by huge amounts without a clear reason for it (don't have enough players to line due to injuries or suspension) Buying strong players that will improve your squad by really low values without having a clear benefit to seller

    Collusion **

    A single user controlling several teams or a group of users playing as a group to 'assure' that a specific team will win the league by setting losing tactics, weak line ups, players on wrong positions and/or play with strongest line up and camping their rivals

    Offensive language

    Offensive names, league names, profiles, insults via PMs, Crew Names.....etc

    I don't have any issue with the line-up page. Perhaps refreshing the page solves it. Otherwise, try deactivating the Christmas theme and then refreshing the page aswell.

    OSM started in 2001 and always had this format. This is also what make OSM stand out to other online football management games.

    It's ultimately up to you if you want to give it a chance or not.

    Depending on how busy it is, it might take a few days before you receive a reply to your ticket. Also keep an eye out on your spamfolder as the reply might have been stored there.

    Depending on what you bought, they are given to you in a different way.

    Bosscoins should be transfered to your account inmediately. If that's not the case, then you should be able to claim them through the career page.

    Other items (Club Funds, Training Progression and Player Packs) are stored in your inventory. This is the blue-yellow OSM bag you see at the top of the screen on every page. From there you can use them.

    If for some reason you still didn't received what you purchased, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can verify your purchase. You can find them through the below link.

    hey Eddie, it is clear thank you for explaination. I am trying to go up in rank. i m now 173rd position. but in winners cup, there is a one team that his squad value is 17billion and average is 175. and then 2nd expensive team is only 2.5 billion and average is 130. so I had 2 game with this user and of course I lost both game and it cost me 2200 manager point which I can gain it in 3 months. it doesnt sound fair, thats why I wanted resign from winners cup.

    Hi there,

    If you play on the webversion: try removing cookies and cache of your browser.

    If you play on the OSM app: try to remove the app and re-install it again. Make sure you have a way to log back into your account before removing the app, or you will lose acces to your account.
