    -I suspect someone is cheating, how can I be sure?

    We often get questions about what's considered cheating and what's not. Managers reporting users just because they managed to build a really good squad, because they beat them while their squad is better or even report managers because they don't lose a match.

    As you can imagine this creates an huge delay and unnecessary workload having to check all those ticket/reports.

    Let's try to reduce this, by explaining when managers are breaking OSM Terms and when they should be reported.

    There are mainly 3 situations where it's easy for users to spot when a manager is breaking OSM Terms:

    Illegal transfers To be reported under Illegal Transfers

    Doing transfers between 2 or more teams (managed by humans) where one of them is clearly the benefited with those transfers Buying weak players that don't improve your squad by huge amounts without a clear reason for it (don't have enough players to line due to injuries or suspension) Buying strong players that will improve your squad by really low values without having a clear benefit to seller

    Collusion **

    A single user controlling several teams or a group of users playing as a group to 'assure' that a specific team will win the league by setting losing tactics, weak line ups, players on wrong positions and/or play with strongest line up and camping their rivals

    Offensive language

    Offensive names, league names, profiles, insults via PMs, Crew Names.....etc

    Hi there,

    They removed it because there were a lot of experienced users that used this method to look for leagues on servers where our newer users play on. That way they could get some more easy wins and thus receiving more medals.

    The idea of the server system is that you play against users that have roughly the same amount of experience as you. When you get more experience under your belt you will be moved to different servers.

    Hi there,

    I'm sorry that you didn't receive the Bosscoins, but that's why there is that failsafe. If something goes wrong with the payment, usually your used payment method will transfer the funds back. So you can always try again.

    If for some reason your money hasn't been refunded and you didn't received the Bosscoins, you may be able to claim them trough the career page. If not, then you can contact our customer support and they will check what happened.

    By clickin on 'submit a request' and choosing 'OSM' you will be able to fill in the contact sheet. Always provide some proof of payment.

    If you are sure he is cheating (check out this topic for what is considered cheating), then you will have to report him through our customer service. You can find them through the below link.

    Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide enough details. The support team will do a check then.

    Hi there,

    Nope, you can't kick active users. This can only when they are inactive for 72 hours.

    Also keep in mind that you can only kick inactive users when you are the league moderator. That means that you have created your own league. If you are playing in a league that has 'OSM' as league moderator, you can't kick users, even if they are inactive for 72 hours.

    The only problem is that you expect to win just because your team value is higher. Football doesn't work like that in real life nor does it in OSM.

    I don't think that they will perfom better compared to a normal player with the same rating. But I don't really know for sure. Only the developers themselfs know all the ins and outs of all the systems and a lot of it wlll never be shared with the community.

    Crew Battle league get switched every two weeks or so. You will get the notification when that happens. Then you will know what the new country is for the Crew Battles.

    I believe that you can vote for the next Crew Battle league on Instagram.

    Keeping your account safe is your own responsibility. You can change the e-mail adress via your profile. Also change the password if you use that. If that for some reason doesn't work, then you will have to contact our customer service through the below link.

    If you play on the OSM app, then make sure to never leave your phone laying around at your school or workplace, so that friends/classmates/co-workers can't acces your account to prank you. Never share account details with your friends. Also be mindfull when you acces internet on open wifi connection.

    Hello mate...you must have in mind that teams without managers, can not make other transfers...so in some cases these teams don't want to lose any players in some positions...

    This can happen from time to time and means that the server you are playing on is getting some maintenance. Once the maintenance is over, you can acces your clubslot again.

    Hi there,

    There are two types of extra traning progression players can receive.

    The first one is supertraining and has a small chance to activate. You can see this when the progression bar progresses further than what the player initially would have received from the training.

    The second is Universal Trainer. This feature has been recently added to the game and gives your players an increase in training progression for the next 24 hours. This costs 25 Bosscoins to activate.

    Other than these two options, there are no other ways to increase traning progression. Also keep in mind that the amount of progression is affected by certain things:

    Players who have a rating of 100+ will receive less training progression than players who have a rating below 100+ The more you train a player in the same matchday, the lower the training progression will be with each session.

    Like @Majstor-Matt said: this is due to privacy laws. Accounts need to be removed once they are inactive for a period of three years straight.

    How this works exaclty, I don't know. But it looks like @Majstor-Matt knows excactly how these privacy laws work, so you can ask him if you would have some more questions about it.
