    -I suspect someone is cheating, how can I be sure? We often get questions about what's considered cheating and what's not. Managers reporting users just because they managed to build a really good squad, because they beat them while their squad is better or even report managers because they don't lose a match. As you can imagine this creates an huge delay and unnecessary workload having to check all those ticket/reports. Let's try to reduce this, by explaining when managers are breaking OSM Terms and when they should be reported. There are mainly 3 situations where it's easy for users to spot when a manager is breaking OSM Terms: Illegal transfers To be reported under Illegal Transfers Doing transfers between 2 or more teams (managed by humans) where one of them is clearly the benefited with those transfers Buying weak players that don't improve your squad by huge amounts without a clear reason for it (don't have enough players to line due to injuries or suspension) Buying strong players that will improve your squad by really low values without having a clear benefit to seller Collusion ** A single user controlling several teams or a group of users playing as a group to 'assure' that a specific team will win the league by setting losing tactics, weak line ups, players on wrong positions and/or play with strongest line up and camping their rivals Offensive language Offensive names, league names, profiles, insults via PMs, Crew Names.....etc Important NOTE: All reports should include a clear description of what you're reporting and evidences added (please, add all necessary screenshots).     @06_Yasin_06 Hi there, When you purchase a Pack in the OSM Store that contains items (Club Funds, Training Progression or Player Packs) then those items will be stored in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag). So check your inventory to see if it's there. If it's not, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can check what happened. You can find our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form. If you include proof of payment they can help you out inmediately.

    @SirNoom-Angthong Hi there, Nice to hear you like OSM and it's design. As to your question: the Elite Managers is a so called VIP League. Users can only enter a VIP League if they received an invitation for it. These VIP Leages play the same as any other normal league. There are no extra features or different point mechanics or what so ever.

    Hi there, As Eddie said, you can only have the reward for every achievement once. If the percentage goes down because a new league was added, you don't lose the achievement neither get the reward again when you reach 100% again. You already achieved 100% back in 28th January 2022 and got the reward back then!

    @Tarik1012 Hi. Unfortunately they have some kind of thingybob rules, so if you’ve been inactive for 3 years, you’re account will be permanently deleted. Yeah, its very sad and unfortunate, but apparently its not up to gamebasics about that.

    @Usenbolt Hi there, I understand this can be frustrating, but cheatings aren't discussed nor handled on the forum. The support website is the only place for cheatings. Keep in mind that there needs to be substantial proof that someone is really cheating and over a larger period of time. With the GDPR Gamebasics has the right to keep your data for a period of time (due to possible cheatings). But as a consumer you also have the right to ask for a complete removal of those data. However, to ask that you will have to go to our customer support at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us and send in a ticket. If you already send in a ticket, then you will have to wait until you receive a reply. This is how the procedure works. You can complain all you want, but the procedure is the procedure.

    @ilkercgul98 They are not going to check this anymore, so if you want to have those statistics of your slots 2 and 3 then you will have to manage a team there. Hopefully at the end of the season they will return.

    @DT-HASBU Hi there, I think you have put your Club Funds on Savings to receive the interest. When you have your Club Funds on Savings you won't be able to use it. You can then compensate the amount of Club Funds you are 'missing' with a larger amount of Bosscoins then you can normally buy a player when you have the necessary Club Funds on hand. So to buy the player with both the Club Funds and normal amount of Bosscoins, you will have to put the Club Funds back on hand.

    @CrackKlaus Hi there, When I look at your profile I see that you finished your league in Germany on October 7th. The Winners Cup ticket will only be available for 7 days before it expires. Since it's already October 18th now, your ticket is expired and thus can't be used anymore. Winners Cup tickets are issued around a day after the league has ended and is stored in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag). So make sure to double check your inventory when next time you are eligble for the Winners Cup. If you see it there then you can go to any of your empty managerslots and look for the ticket on the "choose a team" page.
