    -I suspect someone is cheating, how can I be sure?

    We often get questions about what's considered cheating and what's not. Managers reporting users just because they managed to build a really good squad, because they beat them while their squad is better or even report managers because they don't lose a match.

    As you can imagine this creates an huge delay and unnecessary workload having to check all those ticket/reports.

    Let's try to reduce this, by explaining when managers are breaking OSM Terms and when they should be reported.

    There are mainly 3 situations where it's easy for users to spot when a manager is breaking OSM Terms:

    Illegal transfers To be reported under Illegal Transfers

    Doing transfers between 2 or more teams (managed by humans) where one of them is clearly the benefited with those transfers Buying weak players that don't improve your squad by huge amounts without a clear reason for it (don't have enough players to line due to injuries or suspension) Buying strong players that will improve your squad by really low values without having a clear benefit to seller

    Collusion **

    A single user controlling several teams or a group of users playing as a group to 'assure' that a specific team will win the league by setting losing tactics, weak line ups, players on wrong positions and/or play with strongest line up and camping their rivals

    Offensive language

    Offensive names, league names, profiles, insults via PMs, Crew Names.....etc

    This sale stuff is unneccessary, it should be activated only when it comes really really at the end of the players lifetime on the list.. Too many stuffon sale 😄

    Hi there,

    I don't know what you expect with constantly creating topics about losing matches, but nothing is going to change. You can lose matches, even when you play at home, went on training camp and have a higher teamvalue.
    You have to make the decision for your own to quit or keep playing. So make it and stick with it.

    Apologies for the late response. Do you have an adblocker installed that is active for OSM? If so, you need to disable it in order to watch the videos.

    My first account was locked/deleted for unknown reasons when I took a break for around 3 months. During this time I had uninstalled the APP and I never thought my account would be deleted. I contacted the support and If I remember Roel answered and he said my account is deleted and it's not possible to recover it and I never got the real reason if someone who could have known my password deleted it or maybe it was deleted from osm side? I had nearly 50k coins and why not just delete it because new account will be created and more coins are coming? 😄. Anyway not the first time accounts gets locked, it happened before two years with some false bans from the game server or I don't know what it was and OSM or GB never returned those accounts. I remember it very well.

    Hi there,

    That your team has a higher teamvalue then the others, doesn't mean that you will automaticaly win the match. The match engine is far more complex and has dozens of parameters.

    A 25% increase from 22 is 27.5, so 25% isn't that far of the mark. The above is probably just the basic system. It wouldn't surprise me if the system is far more elaborate than that. Only the developers at Gamebasics know the ins and outs of all the systems behind OSM.

    Hi there,

    Hard to tell without some more info. If your were talking about how your clubslot was temporarly unavailable, then that is something that can happen from time to time. Then they are doing maintenance to server/league. Once maintenance is complete, you will be able to acces your team again.

    If you were talking about something else, then you can create a new topic and give us some more details about your issue.

    Hi there,

    This can happen from time to time when they are doing maintenance to the server or your league specifically. Your slot will be active again when maintenance is complete. Then you will be able to acces your team again.

    When you try to set a training camp at the last second before the match being played, you risk the chance that the match is already in play. Then it doesn't validate the training camp. You can try going to our customer support. Maybe they can revert the use of the training camp. You can find them through the below link.
