Q: Why the scout doesn't come back with the skill level I requested?
A: There are very little players with still level 90+, since the scout always brings back three players it will return with the next best thing when there are no 90+ players available.
The only thing you could try is to wider you're search range and see if it comes back with the skill level requsted then.
@arsenic-venger there is no right order in team improvement, it all depends on what and how you like to play and which position you think is more important to start with. But what I can tell you is that you should focus in building an overall strong team in all position.
For me, a uniform team with 80 rated players in all position is better than a team mixed with 90, 70, 50 & 60 rated players.
Remember, you are the manager of your team, you know what's best and suits your team and you alone make the calls.

Yes! For now it's only England and it can't be changed to a different league.
However, in the future OSM may change the league to another league (country) just as it was previously changed from Spain to the current England.
If you invited your friends to join OSM and didn't get rewarded, it could be because of the following reasons;
You may have reached the Maximum of 10 rewards,
Users have to sign up on same version as inviter (world or NL)
Account hasn't been created on same session, this means that if I click on link, install app, then close it and later on I open App and create account, inviter won't get the reward
Invite managers to join leagues and they already have an account, that doesn't give them any rewards. Rewards are only for new sign ups
yes i know that, my question is about the levels of evolution, like a few years ago the scout had age division not used anymore, and i was curious to know if they affect the quantity of evolution (like im pretty sure not all players from 15-25 evolve the same %, theres probably an age that reduced the improvment
Note that it takes about 72 hours to respond to mails and you're not the only one sending mails. So you have to be patient till you get a reply.
But if you think it's taking too long to respond you can resend another mail.
