    -I suspect someone is cheating, how can I be sure? We often get questions about what's considered cheating and what's not. Managers reporting users just because they managed to build a really good squad, because they beat them while their squad is better or even report managers because they don't lose a match. As you can imagine this creates an huge delay and unnecessary workload having to check all those ticket/reports. Let's try to reduce this, by explaining when managers are breaking OSM Terms and when they should be reported. There are mainly 3 situations where it's easy for users to spot when a manager is breaking OSM Terms: Illegal transfers To be reported under Illegal Transfers Doing transfers between 2 or more teams (managed by humans) where one of them is clearly the benefited with those transfers Buying weak players that don't improve your squad by huge amounts without a clear reason for it (don't have enough players to line due to injuries or suspension) Buying strong players that will improve your squad by really low values without having a clear benefit to seller Collusion ** A single user controlling several teams or a group of users playing as a group to 'assure' that a specific team will win the league by setting losing tactics, weak line ups, players on wrong positions and/or play with strongest line up and camping their rivals Offensive language Offensive names, league names, profiles, insults via PMs, Crew Names.....etc Important NOTE: All reports should include a clear description of what you're reporting and evidences added (please, add all necessary screenshots).     @Siddyinho I don't think they will do that. Those buttons give users the confirmation that they received the reward. If it will be automaticaly added, then we will probably see a big uptick in the number of forum posts or tickets created where users are complaining that they didn't received the Bosscoins. The rewards for Bosscoins are really small, so it will be very easy to miss that your Bosscoin stockpile has been increased due to the reward.

    @soliman10_8 Hi there, That message is there for a reason and indicates that you would go against the OSM terms. This is to prevent users from cheating.

    The Elite Manager i am currently in has no Objectives even if you are topping the league the board are still complaining, what will happen if season ends?

    @JAY-ZO Oh yeah, forgot to mention it. Issue has indeed been fixed manually. They will look for a permanent solution if this league will become available again in the future.

    @Wayne-the-special-one Hi there, The Bosscoins will automaticaly be added to your account (your Bosscoins stack) and not added to your inventory like the other items are. If you are still sure they haven't been added, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can check what happened. You can find them through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form. If you add proof op payment they can help you inmediately.

    @Fabiob93 Hi there, Apologies for the late reply. I'm assuming this is no longer an issue? If it is, then you either have entered the wrong credentials or you tried to log in into the wrong version of OSM.

    @actually-goated Hi there, Apologies for the late reply. The Bosscoins can normally be collected right after the last match has been played, but I don't know how long that will be possible after the league has been reset. If you still didn't got the Bosscoins, you can try going to our customer support at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us. They might be able to help you out.

    @cb7_355 Hi there, Apologies for the late reply. Is this still an issue? If so, you should be able to connect it after you have logged in into your account on the OSM app. On the settings menu, the cogwheel, you will see a button to connect your Game Center account.

    @mariodgaff Hi there, You can deactive your account by loggin into the webversion of OSM at https://en.onlinesoccermanager.com/ Then click on your managername in the top right corner and go to profile. There you see a button to deactivate it. You will get an e-mail to confirm the choice. Our customer support is located at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us. There you can send in a ticket using the 'submit a request' link.

    @Tarik1012 Hi there, As @JAY-ZO mentioned, accounts that have been inactive for 3 years will be permanentaly deleted. This is due to the GDPR (privacy law). So if the last time you logged in on your old account is atleast 3 years ago, then that account is gone. If you are unsure how long ago it has been and you still know your old managername or a login name, you can contact our customer support to try to get some more info about your old account. You can find our support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form. Make sure to provide the managername/login name.
