    -I suspect someone is cheating, how can I be sure? We often get questions about what's considered cheating and what's not. Managers reporting users just because they managed to build a really good squad, because they beat them while their squad is better or even report managers because they don't lose a match. As you can imagine this creates an huge delay and unnecessary workload having to check all those ticket/reports. Let's try to reduce this, by explaining when managers are breaking OSM Terms and when they should be reported. There are mainly 3 situations where it's easy for users to spot when a manager is breaking OSM Terms: Illegal transfers To be reported under Illegal Transfers Doing transfers between 2 or more teams (managed by humans) where one of them is clearly the benefited with those transfers Buying weak players that don't improve your squad by huge amounts without a clear reason for it (don't have enough players to line due to injuries or suspension) Buying strong players that will improve your squad by really low values without having a clear benefit to seller Collusion ** A single user controlling several teams or a group of users playing as a group to 'assure' that a specific team will win the league by setting losing tactics, weak line ups, players on wrong positions and/or play with strongest line up and camping their rivals Offensive language Offensive names, league names, profiles, insults via PMs, Crew Names.....etc Important NOTE: All reports should include a clear description of what you're reporting and evidences added (please, add all necessary screenshots).   • Unable to Contact OSM and Revu Regarding Missing Boss Coins

    As I said before, creating a ticket is not possible. Try it yourself. The link you gave me: when I click on “didn’t receive Boss Coins after accepting the mission,” it tells me that I need to contact the provider. So filing a complaint with OSM doesn’t work, not even through the link you sent. And when i go to Revu i see al the open credits ( i can get hulp hy credits thanis ope ) and the vredit that is been credited is cloed so i can not contact for those credits. On the mainpage i can see the bossoins in totally but that it. I cant do anything with that. There is no option to context them also. The prblem is that they ddint withdraw this to my osm account.

    @heyman123_3_6 Hi there, There are number of requirements that needs to be met by both you and your friend in order to get those bonus Bosscoins. These are as follows: New user has to sign up via invitation link and on same session (if user installs app then closes it and later opens it and sign up, it won't work. He needs to click link again and only after the account has been created) Invited user has to create a new account and not joining league with an existing one. There's a maximum of 10 rewards, so all invites sent after that won't give any more rewards. So if you still didn't got those bonus Bosscoins, then double check with your friend about the first requirement and let him click/tab on the referal link just in case. If you still don't get the reward afer that, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can take a look at what went wrong.     Still no transfers throughout the leauge. Yes transfer engine is coming around but no transfers happening throughout the league since 24th of November. Yes my players are highly priced but at least 1 would sell in 2 days. My 6 players are listed for sale since the event.

    Hello, sorry that you're facing an issue caused by a technical issue from App. It was OSM App that created and linked an account to your phone (even if 2 yeas ago)? It was OSM that linked the account to AppleID and/or Gamecentre? OSM App ony improved login system, making it easier for users to log on their accounts when they link them to Apple/Gamecenter. You never used it? Really? Let's talk about rules and behavour, yes. You asked for help from support by filling in a ticket. You did what's expected from everyone that has an issue and needs help that's not possible to provide here on forum. You didn't even waited for an answer and came to forum complaining in a not very polite way, nevertheless you got a polite answer Not happy with your mistakes, your reply is even more unpolite? Please, respect those that are giving their time to assist you on this forum! Btw, the account you asked for deletion on the ticket was already deleted (at least I was told so). This topic will be closed. Further assistence on this subject will be provided by support via ticket!

    You should have received a notification... Due to the issues with cloudflare worldwide, OSM NL was down for quite some time in the evening, so we chose to postpone matches on OSM NL only!
