Super trainings

We all know that players sometimes receive a super training and improve a full level at once. Does anyone know if these are completely random? For instance: can a player that received a super training this morning receive a super training again in the evening and will a player with 118 skill have the same chance to receive a super training than a player with 105 skill?

My league ends tomorrow and none of my players can improve before tomorrow evening without a super training, so if there is any player that has a higher chance on a super training then I will select him in the evening.
