Today, and after winning my game, I have 4235 points.

Hi,
After checking your league in England I found that there is nothing wrong with your manager points.
Manager points only decrease when manager's go down on the league table. You lost position so it is normal that you have less MPs.
The bug kept users on the same position, so what happened is that you should have gone down, and you didn't (since the bug kept you on the same position), and now that the bug is fixed MPs were adjusted!
