Visual glitch - crew results

Hi,
I constantly get wrong graphics on this screen. Either as in this example when we have won the battle and got the points but graphics show that the battle is lost. In other instances i get stuff like, for example we get 4 wins and 1 draw in a matchday but on this screen it says something entierly different like ex.: 1 win, 2 draws and 2 losses.
This screen is a cool addition and it egzists for quite some time now but in my case it is completely unreliable and gives false information.Anyone else had this issue ?

@IvanAndal One a pon a time it's happend to us the same, one player get picture like you, he report that to me, i came and enter in crew, and i saw a good picture where we won that battle..
