No coins for watching adds

Hi! I don't receive coins for watching ads on web. After I watch ad on web, the number of coins stays the same. It started a few hours ago. On mobile I can watch it and I receive coins for wathing them, but I prefer to play this game on web so it's a problem for me.

could you please try to clean the cache - including all data, and cookies from your browser, or use another browser, and see what will happen.

@Lirind I try to use another browser but it's the same. I'm using chrome and I also try on microsoft edge but the same result.
