Mistakes in the Winners Cup

Hi! I finished the group stage matches with 10 points and becoming the first team in the group to go to the elimination rounds but I realized that I am facing another team (Liverpool) who also became first in their group!!!!
What's going on? I thought I was supposed to face the second team from any possible groups and play away for the first game whereas I will be playing at home against Liverpool despite the fact that I ended up becoming the champion of the group?!!!!!

@a-Naeem In the winners cup the draw is random! You don't play against one of the seconds of other groups. It happened me the same in both of the winners cup that I won.:) Good luck for the knockout phase.
