Champions League Leaving Refresh Bug

Hello. I was knocked out of the Champions League, (by LFC, so I don't care.) Then I attempted to leave the tournament, but when I did this happened:!
Whenever I go on to OSM, this happens. No matter what I do, manual refresh, close, go through link, ect. It doesn't work. Please Help -
In a tournament, there is no board meaning you can't resign.

The same thing happenned to me. I had 2 leagues ongoing (Italian and Euro2020) and got knocked out at Euro2020. It questrions me if I want to resign/leave the tournement. I ckicked YES and this is what happens...
I want to go back to my Italian Championship. That's all! Help please! -

When you are knocked out of a tournament and click to leave the tournament, the page reloads automatically on your main page/slots and you see that your slot is not yet free and when you click on the slot it shows "Ops ...". You need to click OK and the page reloads again automatically and the slot will be empty/free.
@Carfyo you played in the third slot in the Champions League and the slot is empty

@deep7blue could you please remove cache and cookies, including all data, from your browser and see again...

@deep7blue Maybe close your computer? Now mine is working I think the "problem" is that the game thinks because of you leaving, you are placed in a slot you don't own, but when that happens it reloads the same page, and OSM uses the same link for all the slots, so it is still on the same slot. Reloading at Choose League instead is what will fix this bug. Hopefully GB sees this.

@deep7blue Same thing happened to me. All I want us to go back to my Premier League manager. If only a Moderator could see this.
