I am on PC and have resigned from manager from another league and it keeps on saying "Oops Something Went Wrong" can someone please help me, it happened around 8 or 9 o'clock BST yesterday. ![6-0227851392f2-image.png)

Did you try to remove cookies and cache, including all data, from your browser and see again...? Or try another browser...
