Recently my goalkeeper got inform. He has an golden arrow pointing upwards next to his name. What is the benefit of having an inform goalkeeper? Does this mean that he trains faster or preforms better in matches?

not completely sure, but the only one benefit that affecting the gameplay is boosting his skills immediately
