Training bug

Since the update in Dutch OSM all players gain the same amount of trainingskills.
Players 19-20 years will have the same growth as players with the age 30-32. Bug?
It is also possible that the stadium bonus (50%) is not working, because my youth players will grow only a few %... -
I don't think this bug is occurring. However, I really have to say that even young players are also not getting that much training progression.

I don't think its a bug. Every player grows equally. But I would like if OSM updated and it and added potentials to the game and made younger player grow more.

You should know that younger players get more training progression.

@jack-hunnington I just compared my Mbappe and Vardy training progressions and there's a big difference, maybe the players were equal over the weekend because there was a booster?

Yes that's true as in the last weekend event there was a booster for every player in training.

There's no bug in here.
Beside the arguments already mentioned, training progression decreases on every train. If you already have trained the young player on that day, the progression can even be lower than an old player that you're gonna train for first time. This is valid only for trainings on same round of course. It reset on next round!
