Hi.Where is Helsingborg FC exactly in the game?They are relegated to Swedish Second League in real but there is no Helsingborg FC in the game.

Hey mate, Helsingborg FC play in the Allsvenskan which is actually the top tier in Sweden. They were already promoted.

Hi mate, Swedish league just finished in December of 2020 and one of the teams that got relegated is Helsinborrg. Next season 2021 will start in spring for both divisions, and i think it is going to be updated then.... its just a preparation days here in Sweden

Yes you're right. Found in Google that Helsingborg were relegated and the season just ended last month. I think it'll be updated when the new season starts.
