Temporarily blocked account

Hi guys, I,m not able to log in at the moment cos it says my account is temporarily blocked. Does anyone know how long temporarily means? I've been trying to get back in for 2 days now. Also what happens if your team is short of players or substitutes and you can t log in to make the changes?
