Hi, I was qualified for the winners Cup with my team Rennes, but it's now for more than a week: "Leden verzamelen". (Translation - "Gathering Members") Is this normal? I've been to the winners cup before, most of the time it doesn't take that long. Thnx for the help.

Maybe there was a 'random' problem on the day you should be added to one of the WinnerCups leagues.
We've released your slot and changed the expiration date of your ticket, so you can claim it again.
