Same here, I hope OSM will solve this with a flash event on the transfer market (higher selling chance for the hopefully 3 remaining transfer workers of today after the bug is solved)

Just read this in the Game Updates topic:

There were some problems with transfers. We're going to minimise damages by doing same number of rounds with shorter intervals than usual.
