0 medals, but in the past I won some championships, why???

Hello, I have downloaded OSM again, and created a league with my friends who all have new accounts.
I just saw that every one of them has some medals, even though the championship hasn't begun yet, and I have 0! How can I get the manager medals that I should have, and why do they have like 1000-2000 medals for no reason? -

Yeah, true! Some days ago @SpecialOne had said that the manager points were converted to medals, but after I returned after abandoning the game there were 0 medals.
