Rejected by a Computer

I'm trying to offer money for my favourite player Phil Foden and I am offering the most amount of money 26.1 million and keep on getting rejected by a computer can someone tell me why? or how to fix it.

Looks like you didn't see what I posted. @gerrry_9 was saying about the developers, so all what I meant that when he didn't want to reply me he should reply with the top right reply button. Mistakenly, he used my name. Not a big deal though.
