I think you should have also added india captain Sunil chetri.
He is currently in top 10 (above Messi also) in total no. Of goals (international)scored and second in that list of currently active players only behind Ronaldo

He carried Indian football on his shoulders and helped it reach top
100 ranking for first time in 2019
