How to leave a club in the champions cup?

Hello! I took over Lazio for the Champions Cup, but now I don´t want to play again. There is no board, so how is it possible to leave the club without the board?

It is not possible to resign from a tournament (Champions Cup). The only way to leave the team is when you don't qualify for the next round (second round) and when you've been knocked out on the second round.
