Too few right-backs on the transfer list

I have a problem which is there are always very few (1-2) or no RBs on the transfer list and the RBs are low rated (lower than my squads rating, what should i do?

Mate, in my team if i don't find right or left backs, i put a CB there...and my team works fine...maybe better if i had a right/left back, but i wouldn't buy a lower player .... don't forget that you are the manager of your team and you have to make the calls....
