i would like to get tahith chong but i have no clue how i have found him in the Birmingham city team but it doesnt let me buy him, anyone know how this is done?

What is the problem exactly? Are you saying you can't find him via scout or that your scout found him but you're unable to buy him?
Please clarify!

The scout is not designed to find a specific player but to find players matching your set criteria and in situations where it couldn't find one, the scout will bring back the next best thing it can find!
