@antogioffri is a really experienced manager with 100% world domination. It doesn't matter if you have a big team or a smaller team. You can always improve your team. In OSM you can't control nothing about penalty shootout. If we could define before the match who were the penalty takers we were part of the solution, because we could buy, train and select the best penalty takers (Strikers, Wingers, Offensive Midfielders, Central Midfielders, Defensive Midfielders, Right/Left Defenders, Central Defenders with more attack, and so on).
