I am unsure how to create the world star in scout?

First ask the scout to bring a north Macedonian player with high quality (90-95)
Then train him to World Star level (above 100)

yes I wanted too. Three non-Macedonian players came. :)))

There are 65 players from North Macedonia that you can scout (or manage the team where they pay)
