Problem with slot one

Hello, I am manager sovjet 11 in the game OSM and I need help.
I sent the mail first, this was yesterday, and today I am writing here too.
I was first thrown out of my own league, which I paid with coins, even though I am a moderator with always the same settings. I had to find my league under the search. Now transfers do not work and we are playing 3. match today. None buy our players and there have been no players on the list to buy so far. We need transfers, so please fix that.
My club is Happy Valley on slot 1. The league goes on automatically and it thrown me out from the beginning, when my league started if it maybe is important.
Just we need transfers, cause I got club with 13 players and I can not build my team.
