Forum profile photo not set

I get an error when I try to set my profile photo in the forum. When I change my profile photo in OSM, it does not affect the Forum.
Moreover, when there is an option to upload photos directly, why do we upload them with a URL? 9 out of 10 photos do not accept the URL and the screen stays like this;

Photo profile can only be changed on OSM.
Since last forum update, it stop working. We're aware of it and we're trying to solve it ASAP!
