Hi
To be able to buy/sell players, on accounts created on WEB platform, you need to set and activate an e-mail address.
After create account, you've to go to Profile » Edit, locate mail address and insert your mail address (double/triple check for typos).
Check your mail (be sure to check also SPAM folder), open the mail and click on activate.Easy as that and you're now able to buy/sell players.

I have checked multiple times but i don't receive an e-mail.
My mail address is ********. Can you maybe manually send a confirmation e-mail?

Can you please explain us where it goes wrong?
I just tested it and I had no problems at all. I even tested it with a mail address from hotmail domain.
Maybe you should try setting up first a different mail address and then return to the hotmail one

@specialone Thanks, it was a new e-mail address I made, so no harm there but thanks for pointing that out
I just made a new gmail account and tried it again and there I had success
Strange but it is fixed, thanks for your help!
