VIP league 20 years OSM

Hi,
I received a VIP league ticket for the 20 years OSM celebration. And before I joined the Winners Cup with my team RKC Waalwijk on October 28 I calculated that I had enough days to use the VIP League ticket after that. But a few hours ago I was knocked out of my Winners Cup and I didn't have the VIP league ticket anymmore. Can anyone please check what went wrong?
