Thanks for reporting it.
This is because Bundesliga is not available to all users, so we removed it from World Domination. We just forgot to remove it from calculations when you play on German language (if you log on your account on English version you'll see that your Europa Domination value is 0%.
We'll fix it for German language too and it won't be taken into account also
