Difference in medallion which probably should not be there

A league ended last night. Apperently I was awarded 281 medallions for that.
Looking at my current medallions or my highest medallions ever the number is shown correctly.
486.857

But looking at the rankings for global or country for some reason they have not been added and it still shows 486.576. Meaning there are 281 missing.

This makes no sense to me.

I figured it would be some kind of small error or a newly added delay in refreshing the ranking system. But even after downloading an update for the app today the issue remains.

Would be nice to either clue me in on how this works or fix the issue.
