Cannot watch add on browser

I just started playing this game in the web browser on my computer.
In the To Do List it says: "Free Boss Coins: Check out offers in the Business Club!"
In the Business Club I have two options "Watch add" and "Promo code".
When I click the add, a spinning football appears but nothing else seems to happen.
There is no button to cancel or anything, just that spinning thing. -

Most of the this occurs for two reasons:
- Antivirus and ad-blockers: You've to disable ad-blockers and check if your anti-virus is blocking pop ups.
- No ads available on your country
