@vert2002 Hi mate,
1. If you leave a player for many rounds on the bench, or you leave the player out of the team, he will lose his morale. You should leave the player some matches to play and then the morale will increase.
2. Your performance with your team. Are you managing your team above its objective or are you below, etc...
