Seizoenskaarten weg

Ik ben na lange jaren weer online gekomen. Ik had nog 65 premium dagen en 15 seizoensdagen over. Zie ik dat het word verwisseld voor van die punten, en uiteindelijk heb ik die punten niet en die kaarten zijn ook weg wat is dit?
