Analysis problem

Hello, one of my friends named mehran1990_1 uses an iPhone, but the problem is that he cannot use the analyzer and after the timer reaches 0, it does not show anything. Undoubtedly, the analyzer is one of the most important parts of the game. What should he do to solve this problem?

Happens all the time or just random?
Does he have same behaviour on Android? (He also logs on android version)

And it is always like this and plays completely without an analyst
Only Android didn't have a problem, it was tested on a friend's phone

I can't find any problem with Analyst on iOS OSM App...
Also, since he can check spy on Android, problem is not on his account...
This leaves us with a 'local' issue.
My suggestion is:
- Remove App
- Restart phone
- Install App
- Disable game center
- Start App but cancel login with iOS/Apple account
- Force close App (minimize is not enough)
- Go to iPhone settings and search for OSM App
- On settings change world to Dutch
- Start App but cancel login with iOS/Apple account
- Force close App (minimize is not enough)
- Go to iPhone settings and search for OSM App
- On settings change world to World
- Start OSM and log in
Try again Data Analyst!
Some of the above steps may not be necessary, but it's to be sure that ALL temp data on iPhone is cleared!
