    I play OSM on my laptop but i also want to play it on my phone.
    I once made an account on my phone, ages ago, but that's not the account that i use now. But when i install the game on my phone, i get a pop-up that says ''Oops, something went wrong with starting OSM. Please come back later''. I can't do anything after this popped up and now i'm stuck.
    Does anyone know why i get this pop-up and how i can get it fixed?

    Yes i've tried to re-install the app over and over again and shutting my phone down but it doesn't work.

      @maik-sinnige_nl Have you tried before uninstalling the app to delete all data from the app before uninstalling?

      Settings --> Apps ---> OSM ---> Data/Storage ---> Delete all + delete prememory

      Thats how its one on Samsung phones, then when you install the app again it should ask you all data from the scratch (username, password etc.)

        If @Majstor-Matt advise don't help you logging in, it's probably due to the fact that your device is attached to a locked account.

        Please fill in a ticket explaining clearly your problem (in English) and providing old account manager name
