How to I delete my second team?

So to follow up on my previous post, I just logged back in, and I now have two Wrexham teams, slot 1 was my original that I couldn't see earlier, and slot 2 is the new team that I created again since I couldn't see the first team in my last log on. I really don't want a second team at this point, so how do I delete it?
