I played this game on and off since 2015. One thing that I always enjoyed about the game was reading the press room articles after playing against one of my pals.
It's always very exciting to see yourself in one of the articles, however to me and my friends it always felt a bit impersonal when you read an AI-generated answer given (in you name) to a fictional intereviewer.What I'd like to see is an option to give your own answer on the rare occasion that you really are in the newspaper. That way you can gave a goof with the other managers and it will be a more personal and fun experience.
Imagine the press wants to release an article about you or your team after an important match, then you, as a manager, should have the oportunity to speak for yourself and fill in the '...' quote of said article.
E.g. there's a small window of maybe 30 minutes after a game in which you have time to fill in a one-liner, given that you are covered in the newspaper, if you don't do it the game will simply fill in a default answer. -

Recently, it has become very difficult to win away@Ado-Hackovic Yup, always has been but recently with increased luck factor it really is getting more challenging every day.
One thing I would also propose is that level of crew of manager you are playing against has some factor in it. That way all those "experts" in top 100 would get less points as they mainly play empty leagues or against "imaginary friends" .

Give us the option to remove the spy feature when creating a private league.
How can you can call this a manger game when all you have to do to analyse your opponent is clicking a button ?
I'd largely prefer doing this myself without knowing ahead which tactics my opposants use and that they don't know mine in advance, which is just a big joke feature that makes this game have no sense.
Do it at least for private leagues so we can feel like real managers.

When we acess "home page" at android version we have an excelente experience being able to check the exactly remaining time of event but when we are playing at web we just know that they are running and IF we close that announce (to clear our to-do list) we can't even know if they are still running.
Also
"scroll" all league table at "team home page" is a wonderful feature at android version, we should add that either plus be able to select any team to check their page at webversion. -
Promotion system leagues for the 2nd/3rd/4th leagues of a specific country. Quite a challenge innit?

I really like the tactics section but there might be added something. I think it would be nice if there were substitution tactics. Not too difficult but just so you can choose between 'often subbing', 'end game subbing' and 'only when needed subbing'. Or something like that.
In that way you can prevent players of getting too tired or when you are afraid of injuries you can set it on less changes. Or if you want to increase the moral of bench players you can set on 'change when winning' for example.
I really think it is something nice and simple and in this way you still have control on the match like a real manager.
Also, it will be nice to set 2nd specialists, when your 1st is subbed.
Please let me know what you think about this.

I feel like training players should become more impactful than it is now. Back in the days you used to get really good players just from training them every time, it's not like that anymore. It would make the game a lot more enjoyable.

Can we please have an option to save tactics within the game? So that we can save a tactic with all of the settings and load it. This way we can have all of our tactics saved in the game and we can change them faster and more easily without setting them every time.

Since the introduction of the cup tournaments to OSM, which are mostly 2 legged, I wondered and thought about how cool it'd be to have an option for moderated leagues where you could choose yourself if the league cup was 1 or 2 legged, and maybe even if away goals rule existed or not. I truly think it'd be a nice addition, would give managers more customization options on their league and would give cups even more importance.

I think it would be cool to add a feature where you could do a friendly between two of your own clubs to see what would happen. To stop people from abusing this feature the players will not have any training progression after the friendly.

Since we do not have "low countries league" anymore, how about we try and get the new tournament running? Some reports are saying that this competition is precedent of UEFA Champions League

It was conducted among the successor states of the former Austria-Hungary. It would be a good idea to add a ranking on the game, for players with battle points.
This would save us alot of time, when having to search the game for experienced players in crew battles.
Rather than, having to search through players profiles one by one on the medals rankings.

Well about the most important thing concerning the game that we love so much. Its features .You see my friends I couldn't help but wonder about a few matters that have to do with this game that we play and all of the new managers that I get to see lately around the forums. New era , new forums and new faces that join our OSM planet every single day. And it's been already 2,5 years since I first started playing this game ( time flies really, haha ) so it's only natural for me and many other much more experienced users to feel quite familiar with the game's features and philosophy in general.
But how about you? All of you new ambitious managers that you step in for the first time on OSM. :thinking:
How did you feel when you enter this game site on your day one?
What was the first sense or impression that you had about the game's features and rules or anything else ?
Did you find it easy enough to start playing it? Was it fun for you? Or...
Did you have any difficulties while navigating it?

Suggestion #1 - maybe it would be worthwhile to implement some player part-exchange system - it would provide the extra entertainment in the late stages of competitions when succesful trades become scarcer and managers can't afford to submit an offer of negotiations, but could if they added the makeweight of a player they hired, with a positive or negative cash vector.
Suggestion #2 - when the window with the game is out of focus, it's common for the clock to become severely lagged, and so if you rely on that indication, you can miss your fixture. And you have to rely on it - because as the seasons unfold, matches get played progressively later. So would it be possible to instead offset the result computation time or what the cause for that slip is - for all the games within a competition to be played at the same time each day?

Suggestion #3: it would do much for the sense of realism if the post-match reports of your own team included an assessment of what playing strategies both parties used - after all, you're watching the game, so you should be able to figure that out. Maybe it would also make sense to be able to send the data analyst on a (longer than usual) quest of retrieving data about (an archived) game other teams played. -
why did ı do to friendly match other leagues? I can playing just my leagues but ı dont do thıs section. ı want to play other teams of other leagues like on the real life..
maybe, that prefer is good. example, my teams is in premier ligue but ı want to play friedly match turkısh 1. leagues. or another one holland division leagues a team...
