Can't chat with other managers within the game

    For over 2 weeks now I can't message other managers in OSM. I have my account since 2012, have it connected to Facebook, yet I can't DM anyone and I have this info in the message box:

    I don't even know how to deactivate the account, so it can't be my fault...
    The problem is on the desktop version of the game. I use Mozilla Firefox. On my mobile app the chat works fine (besides the awfully broken censorship).
    Would be great if someone could help me regain the chat on the web version. Thanks in advance

      Hi

      To fully use your account on Web version, you've to activate your mail. Your mail shows as not activated, so you need to activate it.

        To fully use your account on Web version, you've to activate your mail. Your mail shows as not activated, so you need to activate it.

        Then how could I play for over 10 years with no email activated? Of course I have it activated, it even says so on my profile...

          This may be due to the recent issues we had with FB! Or even when you linked it to google and mail used on google is different from the one on your account.

          You can solve it yourself by setting a different mail and activate it, or if this mail is still valid I can set it as a veriied mail!

          NOTE: I've edited your post and removed your picture.... You should have hidden your mail address 😉

            @SpecialOne Yes, thought about it too haha, sorry about that.
            Yes, the email is still valid so if you could please activate it, it'd be very grateful. I wanted to re-activate the email myself, but it wouldn't allow me to send it again to the same mail as it is currently taken (by me haha).

              Okay. The solution appeared out of nowhere. I got a notification in task bar of the game and when I clicked it I could send the activation again. Problem solved 🙂
