Reward Coin crush

Hello,
on Android phone, using the app V4.0.12.3Whenever I get a Reward Coin, on the Free Coins option of the app, because of some technical issue the app freezes and I have to close the app and restart it to solve it.
The problem exists from earlier versions of the game and this is what I've done so far:
- update the app to a newer version
- downgraded the app to an older version
- uninstalled and reinstalled the app
- cleared the app's files and cache files
still no solution, every time the guy with the Reward Coin appears (Pic below) everything must shut down, now I just don't go foe the Free Coins.
Any help is welcomed.

I can claim the reward, that's not the problem, after i press the claim button i'm getting the coin but the screen stays as shown on the screen shot and i have the close and restart the app to do anything else. -

There's a new version available to beta users/testers. Can you join beta testers and install it?

Beta program is completed for OSM there is no free spaces. We are loosing opportunities to collect free bosscoins...

There are no places available for beta users for the OSM, as you can see from my screen shot below.Any other advise, from anyone, is more than welcomed.

Hmmm... Since you can't join the beta testers group and to avoid the wait for a new version set live, let's try something (I've checked with devvers and I was told that there were no changes in this so it should also work with the live version).
IMPORTANT: Be sure you're able to log on your account (have your username and password, or have it linked to your google account). It's also advisable that you've your account linked to a valid/working mail!
Now:
- Clear all your App Data (go to Settings » Storage » OSM, these steps are different depending on phone brand)
- Re-install app (optional and only if clear App data only don't work)
