My account locked without any reason

My account locked 6-7 months ago without any reason. I didn't do anything against the rules. I wasn't even playing the game. I was just collecting my boss coins daily. I want to play the game with my account which has approximately 1350 boss coins. Also I can't see the reason of account lock in OSM page. My friend can view my manager details in their "friend section". Don't tell me to create help ticket because I sent so many help ticket but no feedback. Can you help me to recover my account? Account name: Seyfullah Said
I created new account to post because I can not use my account "Seyfullah Said"

Accounts are not banned randomly and they are not banned for reporting other managers.
If your account was banned, it's because OSM terms were broken!
When you tried to log on the account you were informed and you were told to fill in an appeal, not to create a new one!
If you are 100% sure that you didn't broke OSM terms, then fill in an appeal and wait. Posting it on forum won't help you at all neither speed the process!
