Training progression

Even though a im training a young player the progression bar is going up very slow. It was going up quickly when i trained him for the first time but it is very small now
@CHAWLA6 progression is smaller after every training for each Player. If daily you train the same player 5 times last progression bar will be very small. You can train another player few times because progression is smaller for player only in training. This is solution is protection to increase value of player with BC.
Additionally if you have higher level of training field progression will be bigger -
