When I didn't have coins, he wanted 5 coins here, now I have coins, he wants 82? Is this a bug how do I fix it?

The player costs 12.3M. You have only 10.5M. You don't have all the money to buy the player. OSM provides the option to pay the rest with boss coins. There is no bug or error.
