My friends told me that I could get a position switch card by watching advertisements. Indeed, such a thing is possible for them, but I do not have such an option. What is the reason for this? Thanks for you helps. -

This option is still under test and analysis, so only a group of users have it. Depending on results it may (or not) become available to all users!
