Extreme slowness in both app and web for OSM

Dear OSM Support Staff,
Recently, I am facing extreme slowness in loading everything in app and web.
For example, previously when I click into training, it loads instantly.
However, right now in app, it takes 10-15 seconds to load and sometimes, requests gets timed out.I have checked multiple times, and this is not due to any internet connectivity issues as others are loading fine.

We've no other reports... is this still going on? Have you tried to remove app and install it again?

In order to help us trace the problem that seems to be a Network issue, we would ask you if you can make some tests and send us the report.
This test has to be done from the area with problems.
If you agree to do this, please send the test result to my e-mail: albino.costa@miniclip.comCompany that handles these issues (Leaseweb) likes to get an MTR report but that has to be done from someone located in the problem area.

Hello, sorry I wasn't been really active in OSM Forum, but I do have certain screenshots and video recordings of the slowness that has happened for the past 2-3 days. However, since yesterday, the issue seems to have been resolved.
If you would still require me to conduct the tests, I would be happy to assist as well in order to improve the overall user experience in OSM

In fact things seem a little better on last couple of days. For now the test is no longer need. If connection becomes slow again (we really hope that it doesn't but that's something beyond our control), please do the above testing and e-mail the results to us ASAP.

Tried to conduct the testing with host = https://android.onlinesoccermanager.com as the lag seems to be back again for the past hour but i am not able to run due to below message.
However, using www.onlinesoccermanger.com, I am able to run the test.

How about now? Are you able to resolve the name? Can you send us the result (also your IP, reason why is better to send that info by mail)

@SpecialOne Hi Albino, it's still slow. I have sent the info to your email. https://android.onlinesoccermanager.com can't be used as host name.
